CHANGE OF MIND
We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once the order has been processed. Depending on the status of your order, we will try our best and see what we can do with the requested changes. If you are urgently needing to change your order, please send us a DM on our Instagram account (@dayindayout.au) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns on any order, but allow customers to request for an exchange if the product received is defective* within 30 days from purchase. Should the customer receive a defective* product, they may be eligible for a refund pending investigation. Rest assured, we make sure products are in tact, complete, and meet all provided descriptions before dispatch. We are not liable for any damages that occur once parcel has been shipped and handed over to our logistic partners (see: Shipping Policy).

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only allow customers to request for a valid refund or exchange if the product received is defective* within 30 days from purchase. We will not accept requests for exchange for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Request has surpassed the 30-day mark
- Product deterioration as a result of misuse
- Product damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products
- Product damage/altercation caused by shipping (see: Shipping Policy)
- Product did not meet expectations, but matches or is consistent to the description provide on the website
For valid exchange requests, please email us at email@example.com: (1) Your Order number, (2) Product Name (3) Contact Details and (4) Complaint, along with photos of the product's condition for our team to review.
